You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, under EU consumer law. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to request it
Email us at info@raynalight.com with your order number and we will guide you. We refund the product amount after receiving and checking the return.
Warranty
All devices include the legal warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product arrives faulty, we replace it at no cost.
